Mr. Wang is the Chairman of China Resources Group. He is the Member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Member of the Proposal Committee. He served as the Chairman of the Board of China Resources Land Limited, Director and General Manager of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited, and President and Director of China State Construction Engrg. Corp. Ltd. Mr. Wang is a professor-level senior engineer and titled National Model Worker. He is also an expert entitled to the special government allowances of the State Council. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Civil Construction Professional at Nanjing Tech University. He joined the Group in 2019 and was Director and General Manager of China Resources Group.
Mr. Wang is Director and General Managerof China Resources Group. He served as Director and Vice General Manager of China Merchants Group Limited, Director and General Manager of China Merchants Industry Holdings Company Limited. He is a certified Senior Engineer and holds a MBA degree from Jinan University. Mr. Wang joined China Resources Group in 2021.
Mr. Pan is Director of China Resources Group. Mr. Pan’s previous positions included Chief of the Planning and Development Department of China Southern Power Grid Company Limited and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. Mr. Pan holds a master's degree in Engineering from Chongqing University. Mr. Pan joined China Resources Group in 2019.
Mr. Wang is the Vice General Manager of China Resources Group. He is also the Chairman of the Board of China Resources Gas Group Limited. Mr. Wang’s previous positions included Chairman of the Board of China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd , General Manager of China Resources Gas Group Limited, Chairman of China Resources Chemical Innovation Materials Holdings Limited, Deputy General Manager of China Resources Petrochems (Group) Company Limited and General Manager of China Resources Petrochemical and Petroleum Gas Company Limited. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Petroleum Refining from China University of Petroleum and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas, USA and he joined China Resources Group in 1985.
Mr. Chen is the Vice General Manager of China Resources Group，and the Chairman of China Resources Microelectronics Limited. He was previously the Chairman and General Manager of China GreatWall Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Vice President of China Electronics Corporation. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor degree of Radio Technology from Tianjin University. He joined China Resources Group in 2020.
Mr. Quan is the Chief Accountant of China Resources Group. He served as the Chief Accountant of China FAW Group Corporation, the Vice Chief Accountant of China National Machinery Industry Corporation. He is a certified Senior Accountant and holds a degree of Bachelor of Economics from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Quan joined China Resources Group in 2022.
