In 1985, the first training camp for graduate employees was held. By now, close to 3,600 graduates have taken up positions in CR after completing the training camp, and many have reached management positions, forming the backbone of CR's business growth.
Though the training camps, new employees acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of CR, cultivate an attachment to CR, recognize and identify CR's values and culture, and develop a sense of belonging to CR. Through the training camps, new employees can experience first-hand CR's performance-oriented culture, develop career awareness and skills, cultivate team spirit, and successfully transform from the role of a graduate to a CR team member. They will get familiar with the strategies and management approach of China Resources Group, absorb managers' success stories, and set up their own goals to strive for CR's success, growing up faster and better on the CR stage.
