Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited (“Hang Seng Indexes”) has recently launched the HSI ESG 50 Index to reflect the performance of top 50 ESG leaders with relatively high market-capitalization listed in Hong Kong. CR Land is included in the ESG 50 Index based on a comprehensive assessment of its ESG performance by Hang Seng Indexes.

Hang Seng Indexes launched the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index Series in July 2010 in response to the growing momentum of international and local investors’ focus on ESG performance of the companies in their portfolio. The HSI ESG Index, HSCEI ESG Index, Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index and Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index were also launched.

Listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1996, CR Land was included in the Hang Seng Index and became one of the 50 Blue Chip stocks in Hong Kong in 2010. In 2018 and 2019, CR Land was included in the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index as the top 30 ESG leaders among 2,000 listed companies in Hong Kong. The recent inclusion of CR Land in the HSI ESG 50 Index reflects the recognition of capital market in the Company’s exceptional ESG performance.
