Recently, the Hong Kong Police Force announced the evaluation results of the “Best Security Services Award” Scheme in 2020-2021, and CR Property and its subsidiary Synergis Property won the “Best Security Services Award” in 2020-2021.

In this selection, a number of projects of CR Property won the “Hong Kong Island Outstanding Security Services - Industrial/Commercial Property Award” and “Hong Kong Island Outstanding Security Services - Residential Property Award” respectively, and 12 employees of CR Property won the “Best Top Ten Security Personnel” and the “Excellent Security Personnel” awards. Synergis Property, a subsidiary of CR Property, was awarded the Gold Award in the New Territories North “Best Security Services Award”, and its 7 employees won the “Best Security Personnel” award.

Initiated by the Hong Kong Police Force, the “Best Security Services Awards” programme is to motivate the security services industry to raise their standard of security and property management, provide citizens with quality security services, and thereby prevent crimes. The honor fully demonstrates the recognition of CR Property’s security and property management services from the Hong Kong Police Force.
