On 22 June, the "2021 (18th) World Brand Conference and 2021 (18th) China’s 500 Most Valuable Brands Conference" hosted by World Brand Lab was held in Beijing. China Resources Group (“CR”) ranked 10th in China's 500 Most Valuable Brands with a brand value of RMB355.96 billion as announced in the conference.
In 2019, CR ranked 12th with a brand value of RMB275.87 billion, showing an improvement in its brand value this year. At the same time, China Resources Snow Breweries and CR Jiangzhong were also enlisted, ranking 28th and 266th respectively.
The "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" list is compiled by the world's leading independent brand evaluation and marketing strategy consulting agency World Brand Lab. The list examines brand value based on three indicators: financial data, brand strength and consumer behavior analysis, and evaluates brand values according to the "present value of earnings” method. Known as the most authoritative and influential brand researcher in China, the award earns a reputation of being the Oscar of the Chinese brand. The inclusion of “China Resources” brand testifies to its strong influence. The improvement in brand value has also laid an even stronger foundation for the protection of “China Resources” trademark and brand name.
