China Resources Pharmaceutical Purchases Anti-Epidemic Supplies for the Irish Government

On March 29 at 11 a.m. a plane chartered by Irish Government carrying a batch of anti-epidemic supplies departed from Beijing Capital Airport to Dublin, the capital of Ireland. It was estimated that the flight would arrive on March 29 at 3 p.m. local time. China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group engaged in purchasing anti-epidemic supplies for the Irish government, which included disposable protective suits, goggles, medical facemasks, and surgical masks.

On March 28th at 10 a.m., Ambassador of the Republic of Ireland to China Eoin O'Leary together with the representative from China Resources Pharmaceutical arrived together at the BJS International Freight Station in the Beijing Tianzhu Free Trade Zone to examine the first batch of anti-epidemic supplies to be delivered to Ireland.

Ambassador Eoin O'Leary expressed his gratitude to China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group for its full support and prompt response. He added that the social responsibility presented by China Resources Pharmaceutical has given them more confidence in winning the fight against the epidemic. The representative from China Resources Pharmaceutical also expressed the assurance of the Group in relation to the logistics arrangement and stable supply of the materials. The company took this chance to convey its firm belief to the Irish government and people that they would work together to overcome the difficulties. The company wished the Irish people a smooth and speedy conquest of the epidemic and to return to normal work and life order.

It is understood that large sum of anti-epidemic supplies would be delivered to Ireland following the delivery of the first batch of materials. The Irish representatives in China, especially from the Industrial Development Authority Ireland and the Embassy of Ireland will continue to maintain close cooperation with China Resources Pharmaceutical to ensure smooth delivery of the subsequent anti-epidemic supplies.
