China Resources Beverage Listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Today

China Resources Beverage Holdings Company Limited (“China Resources Beverage”, or the “Company”) (stock code: 2460.HK) officially commenced trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 23 October 2024, becoming the 18th listed company under China Resources Group. Wang Xiangming, Chairman of China Resources Group, and Lan Yi, Vice General Manager of China Resources Group, attended the listing ceremony alongside representatives from China Resources Group’s departments, China Resources Beverage, the sponsor team, cornerstone investors, intermediaries, and partners. The Company also specially invited four world champion athletes, Yang Yang, Liu Shiwen, Lin Yue, and Chen Peina, to witness this historic moment.

The global offering comprised 347,826,200 shares at an offer price of HK$14.5 per share, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$4.903 billion. Cornerstone investors include UBS AM Singapore, China Travel Service, Wildlife Willow Limited, China Post Insurance, and Oaktree, among others. The proceeds will be primarily used to optimize production capacity, expand distribution channels, enhance brand building, invest in product research and development, upgrade digital capabilities, and pursue potential investments and acquisitions. These initiatives are crucial for further enhancing the Company’s core competitiveness, reducing operating costs, diversifying its product portfolio, and expanding market share. Shares of China Resources Beverage opened at HK$16.46, up more than 13% from the issue price.
