Chairman Fu meets with Mizuho Bank President Fujiwara Koji and delegation

China Resources Group (CRG) Chairman Fu Yuning met with a delegation headed by Fujiwara Koji, President of Mizuho Bank and President of Japanese Bankers Association in Hong Kong on December 3, 2018. The two sides held in-depth exchanges and friendly talks on hot economic spots in both countries as well as on deepening strategic cooperation.

Fujiwara expressed congratulations on the 80th anniversary of the establishment of China Resources Group, while Chairman Fu welcomed the visit of Fujiwara and his delegation with heartfelt gratitude for Mizuho Bank’s strong support for CRG. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on the economic outlook of China and Japan, the impact of Sino-US trade wars, the development prospects of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the cooperation between Chinese and Japanese companies. They also shared views on the development of smart cities, clean energy, consumer goods, medicine, medical care, and endowment industries as well as cooperation opportunities in these industries.

Officials in charge of Asian businesses from Mizuho Bank and Mizuho Securities, CRG’s Chief Strategy Officer Chen Ying and heads of the Strategic Department and Finance Department attended the meeting.
