Fu extended his gratitude for Mizuho’s long-time support for CRG and suggested grabbing the opportunities in third-party market amid the road and belt initiative to deepen bilateral strategic cooperation worldwide, especially in big health and smart city fields. On the morning of November 1, Fu delivered a keynote speech entitled “Joining hands to navigate through the future uncertainties” during the “Think Asia, Think Hong Kong” campaign rolled out by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. In his speech, Fu talked about the close business contacts between Japan and China, the export-oriented economy in both countries and the highly complementary characteristics in industry and market. As the two countries mark the 40th anniversary of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between China and Japan, Fu proposed, companies in both countries should actively respond to the speeches of the Chinese premier and Japanese Prime Minister, making joint efforts in exploring a third-party market cooperation mechanism and aiming for an all-win result.
