From March 19 to March 25, China Resources (CR) Group General Manager Luo Xi attended the First Sino-Australian CEO Roundtable of Business community regarding the Sino-Australian Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum in Sydney. In his keynote speech, Luo Xi highlighted the opportunities, challenges and government’s policy in favor of CR Group’s investment in Australia. Attendees to the Forum also included China Premier Li Keqiang, government officials as well as various business representatives from China and Australia. During the Roundtable, General Manager Luo Xi surveyed the enterprises that were invested by China Resources Group in Australia and New Zealand. During his visit in Australia, Luo Xi met Macquarie Group's Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Moore. Both sides exchanged views on the future bilateral cooperation in Australia. Luo also met the management team at Genesis Care, the largest radiotherapy provider in Australia followed by a site visit to Genesis Care Radiotherapy Centre.

During his visit to New Zealand, General Manager Luo attended the briefings hosted by the management teams from Comvita Limited, an Australia honey supplier and Scales Corporation Limited, an apple plantation regarding their business performances. Luo also visited one of the salmon farms located in Blenheim of the New Zealand King Salmon Company Limited. All three companies have the consensus on China’s great market potential and look forward to a deeper cooperation with China Resources Group.

Representatives from CR Group General Affairs Office, Strategy Department, Finance Department and CR Enterprise joined General Manager Luo Xi in this tour to Australia and New Zealand.
